In Stage 1 we covered why we need a framework.

In Stage 2, I am going to teach you my personal framework! This is a tried and true framework that has worked in hundreds of engagements over the last 20 years. I call it Consultative Leadership!

To help show this entire process, we are going to do it together. I am going to show you how I go about each step within this process with real examples.
